I love themed birthday parties. For my sons first birthday we went with a Planes, Trains and Automobile theme. I had so much fun making all of his decorations.

I really wanted to have a game to go along with our theme. So, I came up with "Ready for Take Off"! I made a sign and bought a stack of card paper. Each participant made their own paper airplane. A line was marked and each person through their plane one at a time and whose ever went the farthest won a prize:
